We understand that sometimes, due to unforeseen circumstances, students may need to cancel or request a refund for their enrollment. Please review our refund policy below to understand how we handle such requests.

1.1. Cancellation Before Course Start
- Students are eligible for a full refund if the refund request is submitted before the course start date.
- A processing fee may be deducted from the refund, depending on the payment method and administrative costs incurred.
1.2. Cancellation Within 7 Days of Course Start
- Students who cancel their enrollment within seven (7) days of the course start date are eligible for a partial refund.
- The refund amount will exclude costs for any course materials accessed or downloaded during this period.

- Refund requests made after the initial 7 days of the course start date are not eligible.
- Exceptions may apply in cases of medical emergencies or significant personal circumstances (see Exceptional Circumstances policy).
