Bootcamp Description
This bootcamp is designed for Group 1 and 2 professionals who need a working knowledge of sectional titles—a form of property ownership commonly used for apartments, townhouses, and complexes. The session will cover key concepts such as the structure of sectional title schemes, roles and responsibilities of owners and body corporates, registration processes, and legal obligations under the relevant legislation (e.g., Sectional Titles Act and Sectional Titles Schemes Management Act).
Participants will gain insight into managing disputes, understanding common property rights, and navigating financial and administrative responsibilities related to sectional title ownership. Practical scenarios and legal interpretations will be used to ensure clear understanding and real-world application.
